Solutions Engineer

About the Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical relationship with our customers and prospects, working in close collaboration with our sales, product and engineering teams. This is a customer-facing role requiring a combination of hands-on technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases, including demos, onboarding, and deployment
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to identify and resolve technical challenges encountered during sales and deployment cycles, collaborating closely with Product Management to ensure seamless, high-quality solution implementation
• Design and implement automation workflows to enhance our go-to-market operations and maximize customer value from our platform
• Develop custom integrations and workflows leveraging Pelanor’s API and MCP platforms

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in technical roles such as solutions engineer, technical support/operations, product/data analyst, NOC analyst, or similar.
• Proven track record of successful and impactful customer engagements.
• Native-equivalent English proficiency - essential.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following languages/frameworks: Python, SQL, Node.js, React, or similar.
• Experience with modern low-code/no-code and AI development platforms such as n8n, Cursor, Windsurf or Vercel - an advantage.
• Military background in cyber/intelligence operations - a plus.
