Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper – Full-time / Part-time

Location: Nazareth

Start Date: Immediate

We are a growing and looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper, to join our finance team. The position can be full-time or part-time, ideal for someone who values both professionalism and work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Handling supplier invoices: entry, payment processing, and managing prepayments (local and international)
• Issuing invoices to customers and managing collections
• Performing bank, credit card, vendor, and customer reconciliations
• Preparing and submitting VAT reports
• Payroll preparation for employees, including reports to authorities

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping – mandatory
• Familiarity with Hashavshevet and Michpal software – mandatory
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office – required
• Good English skills – advantage
• High attention to detail, independence, and strong interpersonal skills

Additional Information:

• Full-time or part-time
• This is an on-site position based in Nazareth – remote work is not possible
• This position is open to all genders
