Privacy Lawyer

What you will be doing:

This is a contract role for a Privacy Lawyer. The Privacy Lawyer will be responsible for advising on privacy regulations, ensuring privacy compliance, drafting privacy policies, handling data privacy issues, and addressing various legal issues related to data protection. Daily tasks will include providing legal advice on privacy matters, developing and revising privacy policies, and working closely with clients to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in Israel – mandatory
• 1–3 years of experience in privacy, data protection, or regulatory law –strong advantage.
• Familiarity with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), and/or international frameworks such as the GDPR – mandatory
• Experience in drafting legal documents and contracts (e.g., DPAs, NDAs) – an advantage
• Excellent command of English, including legal drafting – mandatory
• Basic technical understanding and familiarity with cybersecurity or SaaS environments – advantage
