We're seeking a hands-on Head of AI to own and scale the AI dimension of our product. This pivotal role emphasizes AI Agents, applied LLMs, and autonomous detection & remediation workflows to build the AI foundation for a world-class cybersecurity platform.

What You’ll Do?

• Define & Execute: Own the AI vision and roadmap, translating security goals into actionable AI initiatives.
• Build & Deploy: Lead hands-on, prototyping and deploying LLM-based agents for threat detection, investigation, and remediation.
• Automate & Innovate: Automate detection rules, log triage, contextualization, and remediation strategies using AI/LLMs. Design intelligent threat intelligence pipelines.
• Architect: Make key decisions on AI infrastructure, inference, and model evaluation.
• Lead & Mentor: Grow and mentor our AI team, collaborating cross-functionally with product and R&D.
• Stay Cutting-Edge: Integrate new research (RAG, agents, fine-tuning, etc.) into our solutions.

What You Bring: 

• Experience: 6+ years in AI/ML, with 2+ years in technical leadership/founding AI roles.
• LLM Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, and building AI-driven products.
• Technical Skills: Strong Python coding and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, LangChain, HuggingFace).
• Production Deployment: Proven ability to deploy AI systems in production.
• Problem-Solver: Translate product/security needs into robust AI solutions.
• Startup Mindset: Comfortable building 0→1 systems in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points:

• Cybersecurity domain knowledge (threat detection, anomaly detection, SIEMs/XDRs/SOARs).
• Experience with RAG, tool-using agents, or autonomous workflows.
• Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in ML/AI.
