Now, it’s time to build our marketing engine – and we’re looking for the right person to lead it.

The Role

This is Skygini’s first marketing hire – and it’s a rare opportunity to take full ownership of our marketing efforts from the ground up.

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead with a rare combination of strategic thinking, execution power, and a genuine love for travel and B2C.

This is a hands-on role: you’ll write, design, test campaigns, create assets, and get our brand out into the world. No layers of hierarchy – just you, making it happen.

What You’ll Do

• Build and lead all marketing operations – from messaging and strategy to execution and measurement

• Work closely with the founders and product team, with full autonomy and real influence

• Own and operate digital assets: website, newsletter, social media, landing pages, and more

• Use distribution channels (performance, email, partnerships) as tools – not the goal

• Write content, create visual assets, build campaigns, and set up a scalable marketing infrastructure

• Use AI tools to do more, faster – and build automations that work around the clock

• Develop a distinct tone and brand identity that sets us apart in a competitive space

Who You Are

• 4–5+ years of digital marketing experience in B2C companies, ideally in fast-moving, competitive markets (travel, e-commerce, fintech, retail, etc.)

• You get things done. Fast, sharp, and with no unnecessary complexity

• You’re strong in content, data, and visual communication – and you know how to tell a story and measure results

• Proactive, independent, and entrepreneurial

• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, Canva – strong advantage

• Experience with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, etc.) – big plus

• Most importantly – you love travel. Airports, destinations, hotels, nature, city breaks… this stuff genuinely excites you ✨
