We are looking for an experienced BRM Team Lead to manage the planning, coordination, and execution of work plans within the OCIO department.
This is a key leadership position at the heart of the technology division, responsible for managing the interface between OCIO and various business units across the organization, with a focus on strategic planning and work plan oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding of business processes and needs across the different business units (internal clients)
- End-to-end management of the division's work plan process – internally within the division, and externally with business units and the Strategy Department
- Oversight of the entire divisional portfolio (projects, ongoing services, maintenance) in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Creation of annual and quarterly work plans aligned with organizational priorities and resource availability
- Management and monitoring of changes and risks in the work plan (identifying bottlenecks, raising red flags, surfacing conflicts)
- Leading and managing the BRM team responsible for handling the work plan process for each business unit
- Close collaboration and partnership with the PMO team
- Working with senior executives within the division and the broader organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Information Systems – mandatory
- At least 2 years of experience managing a BRM or PMO team – mandatory
- At least 3 years of experience managing IT/technology projects in collaboration with business stakeholders – mandatory
- Strong knowledge and deep understanding of IT and information systems – mandatory
