We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Development Team Lead with a strong Python background and leadership experience. In this role, you will lead a team of developers, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions while collaborating with product, QA, DevOps, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications in Python.

• Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with standards.

• Drive agile development processes and optimize workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

• Research and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.

 Requirements:

• 5+ years of development experience, primarily in Python.

• 3+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.

• Experience with microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), GraphQL, gRPC.

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in English and Hebrew for customer-facing interactions.
