About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations specialist for our dynamic Operations team. This is a high-impact role that requires operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive mindset. You will be responsible for managing daily operations across our three key stakeholders: patients, doctors, and pharmacies. You will work closely with Product, Development, Customer Support, and external partners, including Uber and European pharmacies.
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient onboarding and support of doctors and pharmacy partners across Europe.
- Oversee pharmaceutical logistics – inventory, deliveries, issue resolution, and communication with vendors.
- Manage operational readiness and coordination for collaborations (e.g. Uber).
- Work closely with Customer Support to monitor feedback and proactively resolve service-related issues.
- Identify and improve processes to ensure seamless end-to-end experiences for patients.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to build tools, dashboards, and workflows.
- Analyze the root causes of issues, including returned products, stock shortages, and delays.
- Drive initiatives to improve partner satisfaction and operational KPIs.
- 3+ years of operational management experience within a global B2C company with over 50,000 paying customers per month.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, healthcare processes, and customer success – an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English - must. German - must. French - an advantage
- Tech-savvy and able to work closely with product and development teams.
- Hands-on, solutions-oriented, detail-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong leadership and ownership mindset – someone who gets things done.
- Global customer support experience – a strong advantage
