We’re looking for a hands-on IT Event Support Technician to join our IT Operations team. If you're passionate about creating seamless technical experiences during company events—whether it's town halls, leadership meetings, or global webinars—this role is for you.
You’ll play a key role in preparing, operating, and troubleshooting AV and IT systems used in live and hybrid events. You’ll also be responsible for daily Zoom Room maintenance and printer management across our office spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support during internal and external company events.
- Set up, test, and operate audiovisual and conferencing equipment (Zoom Rooms, microphones, projectors, etc.).
- Ensure all event rooms are prepared and functioning ahead of scheduled meetings.
- Maintain and troubleshoot printers and Zoom Rooms across the company.
- Perform regular system checks and ensure readiness for upcoming events and room usage.
- Document and improve support procedures to enhance future event performance.
- 1–2 years of experience in technical support for corporate or military events.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Zoom Rooms and office printers in a large organization.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in live event situations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours depending on event schedules.
- Certifications such as MCSA, CompTIA+, or CCNA.
- Experience with hybrid event platforms or AV systems.
- Familiarity with Jira
