We are searching for the best talent for senior buyer to be in Yokneam.

The chosen candidate will need to manage procurement activities related to facilities and infrastructure.

This role involves strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high-quality standards.

This role requires an extensive experience in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations within the in direct activity, focused on facilities infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for facilities, utilities, and infrastructure projects.
• Manage large scale commercial engagements with suppliers and subcontractors
• Lead commercial negotiation processes with suppliers, conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global teams to align procurement with business needs.
• Optimize cost savings while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.
• Monitor supplier performance and the execution of contracts ensuring compliance with commercial, budget and legal terms.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, legal, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 + years of experience
• Experience from global, multidisciplinary companies.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ensure data accuracy and present to management
• Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
