What are we looking for?

SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to join our Analyst Experience Team, part of the Singularity platform. This team is responsible for building the core workflows and tools that enable security analysts to efficiently detect, investigate, and respond to threats across complex enterprise environments.

In this role, you will take ownership of key product areas that directly impact analyst productivity and security operations outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define strategy, drive execution, and deliver exceptional user experiences that align with real-world SOC workflows.

This is a highly visible role, offering opportunities to work on foundational capabilities within one of the fastest-growing areas of our platform.

What will you do?

• Own and drive the product lifecycle for critical analyst-focused workflows, from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Define product strategy and priorities in collaboration with Customers, Engineering, Design, and other PMs on the Analyst Experience Team.
• Work directly with customers, solution engineers, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product decisions.
• Create clear, concise product requirements, including PRDs, PRFAQs, use cases, and customer journey narratives.
• Analyze product usage and customer input to inform roadmap decisions and guide continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches, adoption, and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with peers to shape the broader vision for analyst experiences across the platform.
  
  

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within cybersecurity, IT operations, or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong understanding of how SOC analysts work, and familiarity with detection & response workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn complex problems into simple, intuitive product experiences.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and Field teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, self-directed approach to execution.
• Data-driven mindset and experience using analytics to inform product decisions.
• Bonus: experience with security tools like XDR, EDR, SIEM, or familiarity with vulnerability/exposure management.
