IT & Information Security Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on IT & Information Security Manager to take full ownership of all IT operations and security matters across the company – this is a sole position, reporting directly to management.

Responsibilities:

• Full management of IT infrastructure: networks, endpoints, servers, user accounts, Active Directory, etc.
• Providing day-to-day technical support to employees
• Leading information security efforts: policies, access control, security solutions
• Researching, selecting, and implementing new technologies as needed
• Managing relationships with vendors and service providers

Qualifications:

• At least 4–5 years of experience in a similar IT & InfoSec role
• Strong hands-on capabilities in IT operations, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management
• Proven experience working in both Windows and Linux environments (servers and endpoints)
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure: switches, firewalls, routers, VPN, Active Directory
• Proficient in user management, permissions, and access control
• Familiarity with security frameworks, compliance requirements and/or regulations
• Experience with endpoint protection, backups, monitoring systems, and security tools
• Strong technical English reading skills required
• Ability to research independently, analyze compliance/tech requirements, and implement solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented approach
