Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive Junior Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team. You’ll handle day-to-day tasks, from drafting posts and gathering data to coordinating campaigns, and learn everything else on the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and paid ads
• Create and schedule social media content
• Collect and organize performance data
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign ideas
• Help manage email newsletters: build lists, draft copy, schedule email campaigns
• Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure deadlines are met
• Monitor community engagement and respond to basic inquiries

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communications / Business or equivalent experience
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - MUST
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Project management skills
• Eager to learn, adaptable and able to take initiative
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
