Job Description:
A leading construction company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead its sales and marketing operations. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the sales and digital marketing departments in a growing company with diverse projects and numerous professional challenges. The role includes full responsibility for leading sales and digital marketing efforts, managing an existing team consisting of a sales representative and a marketing and communications manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Business Development:
- Develop and implement annual sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities in the construction sector.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from client identification to deal closure.
- Conduct market research to analyze real estate trends and identify customer needs.
Digital Marketing and Advertising:
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, planning and executing advanced strategies across digital platforms.
- Oversee advertising for nearly 10 active projects.
- Design and manage targeted campaigns for specific customer segments.
- Efficiently allocate marketing budgets across various channels.
Team and Interface Management:
- Lead and guide the existing sales representative.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications manager.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, planning, and development.
- Manage external interfaces, including sales offices and external contractors.
Sales and Negotiation:
- Supervise and direct the sales processes of apartments and properties.
- Lead complex negotiations with clients.
- Maintain and expand activities with existing clients.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field – mandatory.
- MBA – significant advantage.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in sales and marketing management, preferably in the real estate/construction sector – mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in managing sales and marketing teams.
Professional Skills:
- Expertise in digital marketing with a track record of leading advanced digital campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the B2C real estate market.
- Strong analytical skills, including working with KPIs and data analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer management tools.
- Technological proficiency in digital marketing systems and advertising platforms.
