We are looking for a Vice President of R&D to lead and take part in the development of cutting-edge DSP, embedded systems, and applied THz technologies.

This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role where you will:

✅ Lead cross-functional R&D teams (~10+ engineers)

✅ Take part in the development of advanced low-SNR DSP algorithms and real-time embedded systems

✅ Drive projects from ideation to commercialization

✅ Integrate hardware and software in real-time environments

✅ Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize system performance

✅ Influence the future of groundbreaking THz-based products

We’re looking for a technological leader with:

🔹 10+ years of R&D leadership experience

🔹 Proven expertise in DSP and embedded systems

🔹 Strong hands-on experience in software integration and electronics design

🔹 Proficiency in C, C++, Python, and MATLAB

🔹 Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills

🔹 Ability to work from our Herzliya office
