Polytex Technologies is seeking a full-time MARCOM Manager for Field and Digital Marketing activities, to join our headquarters in Caesarea, Israel. Your Role:

As MARCOM Manager, reporting to the VP of Marketing, executing and scaling our global marketing efforts across digital, regional, and sales-facing channels. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, creative vendors, and international partners to elevate brand visibility, support commercial efforts, and drive lead generation.

• Lead Online Marketing & Campaign Optimization:

Elevate Polytex’s digital marketing efforts—manage website updates, coordinate with our digital agency, and create compelling content for SEO, PPC, and email campaigns. Develop newsletters and nurturing materials to support the sales funnel. Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and continuously optimize to drive lead generation and ROI.

• Field Marketing and Sales Enablement:

Collaborate with Territory Managers in the UK, France, and other regions to execute localized marketing strategies that drive business growth. Lead the planning and delivery of webinars—from audience targeting and content creation to design, promotion, and follow-up. Provide sales teams with relevant tools and collateral. Manage and optimize the work with our outsourced SDR partner to ensure effective lead qualification and conversion.

• Content Creation & Localization:

Develop high-impact marketing content including case studies, client interviews, video scripts, and press releases. Oversee the production and localization of marketing assets, working with external vendors such as graphic designers, translators, printers, and promotional item suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Requirements: 

• Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: 

3–5 years in a marketing role with hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and content creation. Experience working in or with international B2B companies is a strong advantage.

• Digital & Analytical Skills:

Proven ability to manage digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, email), work with agencies, and optimize performance based on analytics and KPIs.

• Sales & Field Alignment:

Experience collaborating with sales teams and/or field offices to support regional marketing activities and generate leads. Prior experience working with SDRs is a plus.

• Languages:  

Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is a strong advantage, given our focus markets.
