AI\ML software Engineer

A global communications giant is operating a local R&D center focused on Smart Mobile, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions.

As part of the Cloud group, this role joins the Core AI team and involves the design and development of an AI Agents framework and supporting technologies. Responsibilities include building a scalable AI agent infrastructure in the Cloud, as well as developing innovative agent capabilities and new features tailored to large-scale environments.

Development is done primarily in Python.

The company employs approximately 500 people in Israel and is located in Hod HaSharon, with a hybrid work model (two days from home).

Responsibilities-

• Design and develop scalable agent framework and specific agents in Huawei cloud
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate agent technologies in existing and new Huawei products
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI models, agents and applicative AI technologies
• Bring new ideas and innovation for new cutting edge technologies in the domain of AI Agents and Agentic workflows

Requirements-

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Applicative AI development.
• Strong understanding of recent AI agents technologies: LLM, Agent, RAG, Planning, Orchestration and more
• Experience with working on AI Agents, Copilots, Chatbots and similar
