Community & Operations Manager

We're looking for a dynamic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, delivers excellent service, and brings a sharp eye for detail - to join our growing team!

• Owning the full client experience at the site
• Overseeing day-to-day operations — vendors, inventory, happy hours, and more
• Selling workstations and hosting business events, from small meetups to large conferences
• Working independently in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
• Solving problems in real-time and handling on-site challenges with confidence
  

• Experience in community management, administrative operations and/or sales — a big plus!
• A passion for events and the ability to sell exceptional experiences
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, especially with B2B clients
• High level of independence, responsibility, and end-to-end execution
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and working with digital systems
• Experience working in a global environment and fluency in English — major advantage!
