The responsibility of the Foreign Minister is to establish relationships, create connections, and turn those contacts into clients. Whether you call it sales or business development, the goal is clear—the role’s success will be measured by bringing in new clients and cultivating relationships with them.
The required skills include a wide network of contacts, many friends, and numerous HR managers and marketing managers in your phone book.
