Real Estate Attorney – Commercial Transactions

A privately held, well-established real estate group specializing in income-producing properties across Israel is looking for a highly skilled and business-oriented Attorney to join its in-house legal team.

This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to lead complex transactions, provide legal and strategic counsel, and work closely with executive leadership across the company’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead legal processes in real estate transactions – acquisition, sale, leasing.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.

• Liaise with external counsel, regulatory bodies, and business partners.

• Provide legal guidance throughout the lifecycle of real estate development and management projects.

• Advise company leadership on legal risks, compliance, and contract strategy.

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney with a minimum of 4 years of legal experience.

• Proven experience in real estate and commercial transactions – must.

• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, business-driven environment.

• Independent, resourceful, and pragmatic legal thinker with excellent communication skills.
