Vice President of Growth

VP Growth | Early-Stage (Stealth Mode)

This is a rare opportunity to join as the first growth executive and own all non-R&D functions: Marketing, Business Development, Partnerships — and eventually Customer Success. You'll build the GTM engine from the ground up while shaping our growth roadmap in close partnership with the CEO.

What You'll Own

• Marketing & Demand Generation: Build and lead marketing efforts from scratch — content strategy, performance, events, campaigns, and channel mix
• Growth Planning: Co-develop the company’s ARR roadmap and translate it into actionable KPIs, budgets, hiring plans, and execution strategies
• Partnerships & Biz Dev: Design and drive partnership strategies, build scalable distribution channels through third parties
• Customer Success (future): Build our Customer Success function from the ground up as we scale — define metrics, playbooks, and strategies for retention and expansion

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience building marketing/growth functions in early-stage or scaling startups — must
• Strong track record in SMB/SME go-to-markets — must
• Hands-on skills in content, lead generation, performance marketing, and events
• Strong product marketing instincts — turning product truths into powerful narratives and campaigns
• Strategic thinker with a builder mindset — you can zoom out and plan, but you love getting your hands dirty
• Experience working closely with global sales teams and enabling their success
• Bonus: Experience in verticalized or industry-specific go-to-market motions
• Bold, fun, creative — unafraid to challenge the status quo
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a passion for building things from scratch
