Family Office specializing in real estate in Israel and overseas

With a strong track record of successful investments and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a Financial Controller to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in managing and optimizing the financial aspects of our diverse investment portfolio and related operations.

Responsibilities

Prepare financial reports and manage the audit process in coordination with external accountants and auditors, in multiple jurisdictions
Maintain compliance with all relevant government regulations
Oversee tax compliance (domestic and international) and preparation of tax reports; coordinate with tax advisors to optimize tax strategies and minimize liabilities
Analyze executive and financial reports received from overseas entities and management companies
Review and manage financial transactions and company accounts
Handle day-to-day financial operations, including internal bookkeeping
Prepare operational performance reports for portfolio assets
Lead budget planning, monitoring, and control
Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls and procedures

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or Master’s degree preferred)
CPA licensed
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English is essential
Familiarity with domestic and international tax regulations is a strong advantage
Proactive, collaborative, resourceful, and well-organized
