The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Google Ad Manager (GAM) Specialist to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our digital ad campaigns, supporting our mission to bridge the gap between the pharmaceutical industry and the global physician community. You'll be the backbone of our ad operations, ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly and optimized for maximum impact.
What You'll Do
- Set up, configure, and meticulously manage complex digital ad campaigns within Google Ad Manager (formerly DFP).
- Monitor ad delivery, pacing, and performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet and exceed client objectives.
- Strategically manage and allocate ad inventory to maximize fill rates and ensure optimal campaign delivery.
- Generate comprehensive performance reports, providing actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
- Assist in analyzing campaign data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and inform future campaign planning.
- Coordinate project timelines and maintain thorough documentation across various internal teams (e.g., sales, client success, content).
- Support the smooth delivery of projects by ensuring all ad ops requirements are met.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of proven, hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM) / DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP) is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over your work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and metrics (e.g., CTR, impressions, reach).
- Background in healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising. (An advantage)
- Experience with other ad tech platforms or programmatic advertising. (An advantage)
