Full Stack Engineer

Startup company in the High-Frequency Trading domain, developing leading technologies for the field of algorithmic trading. They are building a full ecosystem that includes real-time trading infrastructures, decision-making algorithms operating at thousands of decisions per second, risk management layers, and a central management system that monitors and controls all company systems and infrastructures in real time.

Located in Tel Aviv, adjacent to the Light Rail. The company has 50 global employees, offers a hybrid model with 2 days working from home, and is consistently highly profitable year after year.

The role includes-

• Developing a large-scale, complex system that monitors trading activity and makes real-time decisions
• Building dashboards, collecting and analyzing data to optimize algorithm performance
• Tech Stack: Python, Microservices, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, AWS, React, Redux, Kubernetes

Requirements-

• 5 years experience in Python.
• Knowledge in Elastic search, Kafka, Redis.- Advantage
• Knowledge of financial systems and stock markets.- Advantage
• Problem-Solving: strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Proven ability to lead backend projects effectively.
• High English proficiency.
