Software Engineering Team Lead

Startup company developing a cloud-based investment management platform.

They provide a SaaS solution used by global financial institutions to manage portfolios worth multiple trillions of dollars, modernizing the industry through automation, improved workflows, and collaboration between investment and administration teams.

The platform supports a wide range of financial products including mutual funds, ETFs, hedge funds, insurance products, and pension funds.

Founded in 2018, the company is based in Tel Aviv near a train station, has 130 employees, and offers a hybrid model with one day working from home. They have raised over $150M to date, including a recent Series C round during the war.

The role includes building a new team from scratch, recruiting up to 6 developers, with 50% hands-on development. The team will operate in a squad structure, report to a Group Manager, and focus entirely on backend development in Java within a cloud-based microservices architecture.

Requirements-

• 2 year of experience as a Development Team Lead
• BSc from a recognized academic institution
• Ideally managed teams of 4+ developers
• Background in strong tech companies preferably SaaS or growing startups
