Full Stack Team Lead – Insait

We're looking for a Full Stack Team Lead to own and evolve our internal web platform — the mission-critical AI agents, customer deployments, and infrastructure across clouds and regions.

What You'll Actually Do

• Lead a team of 4-6 full stack engineers in a fast-growing engineering organization
• Own the technical architecture of our Python-based backend (FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery) and modern React frontend (Vite + Tailwind)
• Drive the evolution of our multi-tenant, multi-region platform — including authentication, audit systems, and configuration management
• Make key technical decisions on backend architecture, deployment strategies, and engineering standards across the team
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, Product, and AI teams to deliver secure, scalable systems running on AWS and on-premises environments
• Stay hands-on with code while mentoring engineers and shaping our technical roadmap

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have

• 5+ years of backend/full stack experience, including 2+ years leading engineering teams
• Strong Python expertise with Flask, FastAPI, or similar modern frameworks
• Production experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, message queues , and distributed systems
• Track record building customer-facing applications used by real users in production environments
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, observability, security best practices, and scalable system design
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew
• Leadership experience mentoring engineers and driving technical initiatives

Success Metrics & Growth Path

3 months: Review and improve key services, introduce your first architectural proposal, build strong relationships with your team

6 months: Ship new backend capabilities, stabilize critical flows, demonstrate measurable impact on at least one engineer's growth

12 months: Lead multiple cross-team initiatives, with your architectural decisions visible and adopted across the organization
