Role Description

Do you have endless energy and a knack for making everyone smile? We’re looking for someone curious, eager to learn, and ready to be the hands, eyes, and heart of our team.

What will your day look like?

– Helping our teams stay organized, moving tasks along, and making sure everyone’s in the loop

– Talking to clients, asking smart questions (or just being super friendly), and making sure everything runs smoothly

– Picking up the phone, sending an email, reminding someone to finish something, or scheduling a meeting

– Taking care of admin stuff (paperwork, invoices—don’t worry, we’ll teach you!)

– Joining meetings, jotting down important notes, and helping us get better

– Writing a quick spec, preparing a quote, or tackling the odd job that nobody else wanted

You’ll have the chance to grow into new roles like Project Management, QA, or even Development if you’re up for it!

Qualifications

– A big-picture thinker who can juggle multiple tasks at once

– Service-minded and caring—because, at the end of the day, it’s all about people

– Basic technical sense (you don’t need to code, just don’t run away from techy terms)
