About the Role:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting, resume screening, and proactive candidate sourcing, through to interviews and onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers — working side by side to plan the hiring process and evaluate candidates.
• Foster a positive, personalized candidate experience, ensuring every applicant feels valued throughout the journey.
• Actively manage open roles — presenting opportunities to qualified candidates and referring relevant profiles.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree (HR or Social Sciences) — either in progress or completed.
• Proven experience in sourcing or recruitment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter —an advantage
• Experience at a placement agency or within an organization is an advantage.
