Chief Financial Officer

Overview

An Israel-based technology company seeks an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy, operations, and compliance.

Position Summary

The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial future and ensuring regulatory compliance. This executive will be a key member of the senior leadership team and will act as a strategic advisor to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy and Leadership

• Drive strategic financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting to support corporate objectives.
• Provide clear financial insights and recommendations to guide executive decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and funding strategy, including potential secondary offerings or debt financing.

Operational and Risk Oversight

• Oversee finance, accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance teams.
• Implement systems, KPIs, and controls to monitor company performance, profitability, and scalability.
• Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring strong cybersecurity and data privacy practices are integrated into financial operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CFO or senior finance executive in a high-growth technology company.
• Successful track record of leading or playing a key role in a company.
• Deep understanding of SEC regulations, GAAP/IFRS, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience communicating with stakeholders, including capable of presenting confidently to NASDAQ representatives.
• Fluent in English.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
