Senior Product Manager

GK8 provides technological solutions for the secure custody of digital cryptographic financial assets. As a Product Manager your primary responsibility would be to manage the development and delivery of the company's digital asset custody product. You would be responsible for ensuring that the product meets clients’ needs, is competitive, and is aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Product Development: You will work closely with the development team to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure that the products are delivered on time and within allocated resources
• Own new features from definition to execution to getting customer feedback and reiterating this cycle
• Meet with existing/potential customers and partners to better understand their needs, incorporate these needs into our roadmap and prioritize their execution
• Market Analysis: You will conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends. You will use this information to prioritize roadmap vision and planning, ensuring that the products meet customer needs and are competitive in the marketplace

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience as a product manager - a must
• Experience in tech product industries in the B2B space such as Cloud, Cyber, Fintech or other similarly technically-complicated products - a must
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday, JIRA or Trello
• Understanding of web analytics and experience with tools such as Google Analytics
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or others
• The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills and the ability to work smoothly with multiple stakeholders, including sales teams, R&D teams, executive management, customers, and more.
• Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and continuous change
• English - Working Proficiency

• B.Sc/B.A. in Computer Science, Engineering or related field - an advantage
• Bonus: knowledge of digital cryptographic financial assets, blockchain technology, and related security protocols as well as understanding of cryptographic concepts, including public/private key encryption, digital signatures, and hashing algorithms
