The Role

1. Investigate reconciliation issues and implement effective solutions.
2. Execute rigorous data integrity checks to ensure accuracy.
3. Create datasets such as pricing and assets whitelisting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze blockchain transactions and on-chain data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline reconciliation workflows and ensure financial compliance.
• Design and perform data integrity checks across multiple data sources, including blockchains, exchanges, and accounting systems.
• Document findings and solutions, maintaining transparency and alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Support AI-driven workflows by providing insights and data for model training and optimization.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, including transaction mechanics and consensus algorithms.
• Experience with on-chain analytics tools (e.g., Etherscan, RPCs) and data extraction methodologies (e.g., APIs, CSV exports).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and scripting languages such as Python and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reconciliation processes is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years in blockchain analytics, financial technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with smart contracts, DeFi protocols, or crypto exchanges.
