COMBLACK is Hiring: IVR Developer for a Leading Financial Organization in the Central Region!
What do we offer?
- Development and maintenance of IVR (Interactive Voice Response) applications in a Genesys GVP environment using Genesys Composer.
- Building, maintaining, and enhancing Routing Strategies within Genesys systems, with a deep understanding of routing models, queues, skills, rotation, timing, and availability.
- Designing voice solutions and call routing processes tailored to business requirements, connecting customers, agents, and internal systems.
- Integration with third-party systems: CRM, TTS/ASR engines, SQL/MongoDB, and enterprise information systems.
- Development of REST/SOAP-based interfaces, utilizing technologies such as VoiceXML, GRXML, and ECMA/JavaScript.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience developing IVR applications based on Genesys GVP using Composer.
- Hands-on experience with development and implementation of Genesys routing strategies (Routing Strategy, IRD or similar).
- Deep understanding of call center environments: queues, call routing, skills, CTI.
- Strong command of JavaScript and SQL for logic development, queries, and database integration.
- Proficiency with VoiceXML, ECMA Script, XML/JSON, HTTP/S.
- Experience with integration of CRM systems and TTS/ASR engines.
