About this role:
A leading healthcare organization is looking for a CRM System Implementor for a key and impactful role.
In this position, you will be responsible for implementing business processes in the CRM system, maintaining and improving existing workflows, translating business requirements into system configurations, and collaborating closely with users, developers, and project managers. The role includes writing functional specifications and supporting the end-to-end implementation process.
The position is in Tel Aviv, full-time, with the possibility of a hybrid work model.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in CRM system implementation – must
- Hands-on experience working with development, infrastructure, and DBA teams
- Strong business understanding and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
- In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM module – advantage
- Experience working in healthcare organizations – strong advantage
