Senior .NET Software Developer | Backend | Hybrid (3 Days from Home)

One of our clients, a rapidly growing travel technology company, is seeking to hire a Senior Software Developer to join its core R&D division, which focuses on building cutting-edge digital infrastructure for the global travel sector.

The company is recognized for developing innovative platforms that revolutionize how people book ground and sea transportation—streamlining access to buses, ferries, and trains in complex local markets worldwide.

As part of a senior engineering team, you will be instrumental in designing and developing a brand-new backend system that will serve as the backbone of the company’s next-generation product offerings. This role is ideal for experienced backend developers who thrive in high-scale production environments and enjoy working on architecture-level challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable distributed backend systems and APIs.
• Develop microservices architectures using REST, gRPC, and event-driven messaging tools like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Maintain high-performance, high-availability systems under heavy production load.
• Collaborate with other engineers and architects to deliver robust infrastructure.
• Apply best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment.
• Leverage cloud technologies to support scalable application deployment.
• Drive development processes and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on C# and .NET frameworks.
• Deep understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Proven experience working in high-scale, production-grade environments.
• Proficiency in databases and data stores (SQL, MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure.
