SAP CM (Customer Management) Consultant

abra SAP team is seeking a Entry-Level SAP CM (Customer Management) Consultant.

We are looking for a motivated Junior SAP CM Consultant to join our team and take part in the implementation and support of SAP Customer Management solutions.

This role requires knowledge of customer relationship processes and business workflows, as well as a good understanding of CRM systems or hands-on implementation experience in similar SAP modules (such as SAP SD, C4C, BP).

A full-time, on-site position based in the Tel Aviv area, Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SAP CM (Customer Management) solutions
• Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements
• Provide ongoing support and issue resolution
• Participate in testing and documentation processes
  
  

• 1–2 years of experience in CRM implementation OR 1-2 years of experience in similar SAP modules (C4C/IS-U/SD)
• Understanding of customer management processes within SAP systems
• Experience working in enterprise-level environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
