Website & Digital Team Lead

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a professional website development team, including recruitment, training, mentoring, and personal/professional growth.
• Own the full process of website planning for a wide range of businesses — content, commerce, services, and more.
• Develop workflows and standards for site structures and specifications, with a strong focus on UX, conversion optimization, SEO, and audience alignment.
• Manage end-to-end digital projects — prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, resolving issues, and collaborating closely with design, development, content, and marketing teams.
• Work with platforms like Elementor, understanding their capabilities, limitations, and how to build functionality that works.
• Oversee quality control of all digital deliverables before they go live, ensuring performance, aesthetics, and alignment with marketing strategy.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience managing a team in the digital/web development space — a must.
• Hands-on experience planning and wireframing websites — from site structure and user flows to functional design and marketing logic.
• Deep knowledge of web-building platforms — including hands-on experience with Elementor and WooCommerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and how to embed them naturally within the planning and build process.
• Familiarity with Google’s website tools — like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and others.
• Experience working with clients — understanding their needs, translating them into clear specs, managing communication, and navigating challenges.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously — task prioritization, team coordination, and cross-department collaboration.
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, business-oriented mindset, and process leadership.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Wix.
• Familiarity with web hosting and DNS management.
• Experience with Monday.com, including building automations.
