System Validation & Analysis Engineer

What You’ll Do:

• Perform data-driven analysis of multidisciplinary, complex systems
• Operate simulations, collect and analyze data from various sources (labs, simulations, field tests)
• Present high-level insights and conclusions to decision-makers
• Collaborate closely with system engineering, development, and integration teams
• Identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations for process and performance improvements

• Requirements:
• B.Sc. in a relevant exact sciences field or 3+ years of experience in analysis or development of complex systems
• Proven experience with MATLAB
• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams
