Now, we're looking for a performance marketing pro to take our digital growth to the next level. If you live and breathe ROAS, funnels, and full-funnel storytelling — we want to meet you.

What You’ll Own:

• Strategy, planning, and execution of PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn & more
• Hands-on optimization for leads, conversions, and revenue
• Budgeting, reporting, A/B testing, and constant funnel improvement
• Collaboration with our creative team to make ads that actually convert
• Data-driven decisions through GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot and more
• Conversion tracking & tag setup (GTM, Meta Pixel, UTMs )

What You Bring:

• 3+ years running paid campaigns across platforms
• Strong grasp of full-funnel marketing (TOFU–BOFU), especially for B2B
• Metrics mindset: CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA are your second language
• Experience with international campaigns and audience segmentation
• Bonus: Amazon Ads experience, startup or SaaS background
