We're looking for a strategic, execution-driven Director of Product Management Operations
As the Director of Product Operations, you will be the connective tissue between Product and key business functions — Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Support. You'll build the operational infrastructure that ensures product launches are aligned, impactful, and fully integrated across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Cross-Team Product Execution: Orchestrate collaboration across internal teams to ensure smooth and timely product launches, updates, and enablement programs.
- Enable Product Understanding Across Teams: Create processes and resources that help GTM teams (like Sales, CS, Marketing) fully understand what’s being built, why, and how it brings value to customers.
- Drive Internal Visibility: Own and optimize communication channels that keep the entire organization informed about product decisions, timelines, and changes.
- Operationalize Launches: Partner with Product Marketing and CS to turn go-to-market plans into clear, executable programs — making sure every team is ready when new features go live.
- Centralize Customer Feedback: Design feedback loops that turn input from customers and frontline teams into structured insights that inform product development.
- Streamline Product Processes: Define and refine workflows, handoffs, and documentation practices to ensure product development and communication are efficient and repeatable.
- Own Tooling & Collaboration Infrastructure: Manage the systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha) that power product collaboration and engagement across stakeholders.
- AI Implementation & Enablement: Champion the adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows that enhance productivity, optimize operations, and improve cross-functional communication and decision-making.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a related function within a SaaS or tech-driven organization.
- Hands-on experience supporting cross-functional go-to-market execution and product lifecycle management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead through influence.
- Deep operational thinking — you’re passionate about building scalable, efficient processes that help teams move faster and smarter.
- Proficiency with collaboration and knowledge management tools (e.g., Confluence, Teams, Notion).
- Demonstrated experience implementing or driving adoption of AI-based tools or automation within product or GTM teams.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments, where ambiguity is part of the challenge and opportunity.
Bonus Points
- Experience with enterprise-grade product launches and internal enablement at scale.
- Background in product marketing, customer experience, or business operations.
- Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, etc.).
