Mechanical Design Engineer

Meytar is growing rapidly and seeking an expert engineer and a Mechanical R&D specialist to join our dynamic, young team of talents.

A multidisciplinary professional with a strong focus on innovation and emerging disruptive technologies.

The position requires a high level of skill, as well as the ability to learn and develop rapidly and independently.

Job requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a distinguished university.
• 3+ years of industry experience
• Professional experience in complex mechanisms and precision electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience in developing automation systems.
• Experience in plastic injection parts design, CNC, sheet Metal, Casting, etc.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical parts and CAD (SolidWorks)
• Knowledge of FEA methods
• Meytar offices are in Holon, and on-site full-time is required.

Job Function Includes:

• Mechanical design from concept to series production.
• Multidisciplinary systems design.
• Project leadership, customer support, and management.
• Manufacturing supervision, assembly, and integration of a complex system.
