Operations & Project Manager (AdTech/Marketing)

We're a fast-growing performance marketing agency, and we're looking for an Operations & Project Manager who’s not just organized, but obsessed with efficiency.

If you’ve got a background in advertising or AdTech, know how to speak the language of creative teams, media buyers, and devs, and love solving problems before they become one—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and manage internal workflows across departments
• Act as the bridge between creative, media, and tech teams
• Track campaign progress, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs
• Plan resources, spot bottlenecks, and remove roadblocks
• Help build a scalable operational backbone as we grow

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in project or operations management
• Proven experience in digital marketing / AdTech / performance media
• Great managerial skills and a cool head under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts
