Startup company that develops a SaaS platform for global HR management, serving over 4,000 customers and more than one million users. The company is currently developing a new AI-based product. One of the major advantages of working here is the daily deployment to production, giving developers immediate visibility into the impact of their work.

The company has raised around $500M over the past three years and is on track for an IPO.

Located in Tel Aviv, near the light rail line, the company offers a hybrid work model with three days from home. It employs 1,200 people globally, including 570 in Israel 210 of whom are in development.

The role is part of the R&D team, working on a modern tech stack that includes Scala, Kotlin, MySQL, AWS, Kubernetes, Microservices, and CI/CD.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a software engineer with a strong emphasis on backend development.
• Excellent knowledge of software design and scalable architecture.
• Experience with testing methodologies - unit-testing, TDD, mocking, etc.
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.
• Independent, fast learner, and excited about learning new technologies.
• Kotlin / Scala / Java experience is a big plus.
• Experience with AWS or an equivalent cloud platform is a plus.
