Startup company in the Data field, serving as market leaders addressing a growing need caused by the explosion of organizational data. They have developed an AI-based data optimization platform that provides a full and comprehensive technological solution to improve data efficiency and impact within organizations by interfacing with and analyzing their data pipelines.

They recently completed a significant Seed funding round with two leading venture capital firms and are now recruiting developers to join as core team members.

Located in Tel Aviv near a train station, the company has 15 employees, including 6 developers, and offers a hybrid work model with 2 days working from home.

The role-

Develop a complex large-scale system with microservices architecture in an AWS environment.
Platform currently integrates with Snowflake; plans to expand integration with other data warehouses soon.
Main development focus on backend using NodeJS.
Some client-side work with React (no prior client experience required).
Additional technologies: MongoDB, Kubernetes, Neo4j, and ArgoCD.

Requirements-

5 years Backend/Fullstack experience.
Open to multiple languages, preferably NodeJS, Java, Scala, or Go.
Cloud experience required.
Degree from a reputable university, college, or tech unit mandatory.
Stable employment history required.
Experience with one or more of the following is a must (preferably several): Kafka, Druid, Cassandra, Spark, Snowflake, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Neo4j, ArangoDB, Databricks, BigQuery, Redis.
