We are seeking an experienced Data Leader to drive our data strategy and lead high-impact initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- 8+ years of experience in data management and analytics
- 4-5+ years in senior leadership roles managing data teams
- Proven track record leading data-driven projects, preferably in retail or related industries
- Deep expertise in data management frameworks and technologies (SQL, Python, BI tools)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Leadership skills to mentor technical teams and collaborate with senior management and cross-functional partners
- Experience in developing and implementing data governance, security, and compliance policies
- Ability to stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends
Responsibilities:
- Lead company-wide data strategy aligned with business goals
- Oversee data collection, storage, management, and analysis
- Drive a data-driven organizational culture
- Ensure data security and regulatory compliance
