What You'll Do

• Own the entire sales funnel – prospect, qualify, run demos/PoCs, and close deals with small-market to enterprise accounts.
• Design and execute the go-to-market plan for new services and future product lines.
• Open new territories while deepening relationships with existing Israeli clients.
• Forecast & report accurately to leadership; hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
• Represent Ins3ct at industry events, webinars, and conferences as a trusted thought leader.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of quota-carrying cybersecurity sales (MSSP, consulting, or security software/SaaS).
• Demonstrated ability to hunt and close new logos independently and consistently. Firm grasp of common security domains (SOC, IR, pentest, cloud security, compliance).
• Fluent Hebrew and high-level English, both written and verbal; additional languages a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, storytelling, and executive-level communication skills.
• Comfortable in a startup, "figure-it-out" environment: you plan, execute, and iterate fast.
• Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, CIS, or related discipline.
