Role Description

• Building curricula for a variety of roles and professions in the world of education

• Developing learning tools of all kinds - including digital ones.

• Managing end-to-end learning projects and facing clients.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and developing macro and micro learning solutions
• Proficiency in Instructional Design and Communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience in conducting training programs and workshops - Advantage
• Proficient in current learning development tools, including the use of up-to-date AI technologies and platforms
