About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead complex fintech projects, from planning to deployment. Responsibilities include managing timelines, coordinating teams, handling vendors, and reporting to executives.

Responsibilities:

• Drive technical requirements definition and documentation.
• Implement and maintain project tracking using Jira and Monday.com.
• Oversee sprint planning and agile ceremonies.
• Monitor project KPIs and delivery metrics.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams using Figma for design implementation.
• Ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of technical project management experience.
• Proven track record in financial technology projects.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Monday.com).
• Experience with design collaboration tools (Figma).
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint management.
• Background in consulting firms - advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in creating and delivering executive presentations.

Required Skills:

• Agile project management tools (Jira, Monday.com).
• Design collaboration platforms (Figma).
• MS Office Suite (advanced PowerPoint skills required).
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of API integrations and technical architecture.
