We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated and tech-savvy Production Reliability Engineer to take ownership of the stability and availability of a critical production system. This role acts as a key interface between R&D, Operations, and external vendors—leading monitoring, incident investigation, and continuous improvement of system reliability and performance.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Take full responsibility for the production availability and stability of a core platform
- Act as the technical integrator across development teams, operations, external vendors, and business stakeholders
- Lead incident investigations and RCA (root cause analysis) based on data-driven insights
- Build and manage monitoring infrastructure, dashboards, alerts, and KPIs
- Drive systematic improvements in availability, performance, and operational efficiency
- Use modern observability tools to monitor, analyze, and improve system behavior
- Continuously collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
What You Bring:
- Strong technical curiosity and high self-learning capabilities
- Proven ability to lead cross-team collaboration, with a passion for operational excellence and performance tuning
- Strategic mindset with strong prioritization and system-level thinking
- Ownership, independence, strong organizational skills, and a high service orientation
- Experience acting as a technical integrator between R&D, infrastructure, operations, and vendors
- Hands-on experience with production incident troubleshooting using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar
- Experience building monitoring systems, dashboards, and alerting mechanisms
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with databases (e.g., MongoDB, SQL)
- Familiarity with OCP (OpenShift Container Platform) and AWS cloud environments – a big plus
