🏆 Role Description: As a Content and Copywriting Intern at Cosign, you'll support our content strategy and copywriting efforts while working with a dynamic, motivated team focused on setting new industry standards. This role will assist in our market intelligence initiatives, helping transform complex real estate trends into content that resonates across various platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.

Cosign is looking for a talented and enthusiastic intern with a passion for growing personal/company brands through engaging/educating LinkedIn content. This individual will contribute significantly to Cosign's growth and success.

✨ Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic content initiatives across digital platforms, with LinkedIn as the primary focus
• Craft engaging content for multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
• Write captivating blogs, thought-leadership articles, and email newsletters
• Oversee the production of visual content, from graphics to animation
• Maintain a content calendar for timely and consistent communication
• Conduct thorough analysis of local, regional, and national real estate markets
• Transform complex real estate trends into content that resonates through insightful analysis and engaging storytelling
• Create and manage multimedia content, including data visualizations, market reports, and trend analyses, optimized for LinkedIn engagement
• Implement data-driven content optimization strategies to maximize reach and engagement, especially on LinkedIn
• Design and execute SEO/SEM strategies to boost visibility and drive traffic
• Analyze campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and LinkedIn Analytics
• Create visually appealing, targeted campaigns to drive engagement
• Oversee the production of visual content, from graphics to animation
• Monitor and analyze emerging digital trends to maintain our competitive edge in the industry
• Proactively explore and implement innovative content formats and engagement strategies

🚀 Basic Qualifications

• Current college student or recent graduate in marketing, journalism, communications, or related field
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
• Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment

• Previous internship or coursework in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management
