We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the user experience of our SaaS application.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions for prospects and customers.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for integrations with third-party systems.
• Provide technical support to prospects and customers, resolving issues and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet customer needs.
• Continuously improve integration processes and solutions based on customer feedback and emerging technologies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for custom solutions and integrations.
  
  

• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field, or past service in a technological unit.
• 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in Python.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop customized solutions.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
• Familiarity with integration tools and APIs.
  
  

• Experience with cybersecurity solutions and products.
• Experience with AI development tools such as Cursor.
